You have the right to return a product that is unused or faulty within 14 days from receiving the order.
Please email us at email@example.com before you send us the product in return. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
We do not refund if a product has been used or if the product is not returned in the same condition as when we sent it. Items included as a part of a promotion are required to be returned in the event of a return. They are not considered to be a complimentary item.
Gift cards are considered to be non-returnable items.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account, then contact your credit card company because it always takes time before your refund is ofically posted. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you still have not received your refund, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
Campaign Codes should be entered during the checkout process to be valid. Attempting to add a campaign code after purchase will not be honored.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com and send your item to: Box 63 Stockholm SE 18211.
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Box 63 Stockholm SE 18211.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Shipping and delivery information
DELIVERY INFORMATION, WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY PACKAGE?
Products are shipped within 24 hours of orders being made. Normal delivery time:
Sweden: 3-5 days
Europe: Up to 10 days
For deliveries to Sweden: We deliver via Posten. You choose shipping method at checkout. The items can be picked up at the nearest delivery station. Smaller packages are sent directly to your mailbox.
Foreign deliveries in Europe: We deliver with Posten (Swedish postal service) - Your order is packed and shipped normally within 24 hours (weekdays). The package will be shipped directly to your home but picked up at the nearest Post representative if it will not fit in your mailbox.
Delivery charges, import fees and taxes
Basic delivery is paid by Bodybees. Express delivery is charged to the customer.
All prices shown on the Bodybees website, www.bodybees.com, are including VAT in the European Union. Please note that we only ship products within the EU.
You may pay with either credit, debit cards, Klarna (paypal or Swish). VAT is included for orders within European Union. VAT and/or fees for import and/or customs are not included for orders outside the European Union and must be covered by you (i.e. not by Bodybees).
Klarna and Stripe manages all of our banking transactions. Bodybees does not store any credit card numbers.
Your payment is handled by PayPal with secure encryption and under strict banking standards, so you can securely pay with your Visa or MasterCard over the Internet. Your card details are sent directly to the bank and cannot be read or accessed by anyone other than your bank. There is no extra charge for card payments. When paying by credit / debit card starting conditions apply as soon as the card transaction is approved. In the event that no payment has been received after submitting your order, Bodybees may automatically cancel your order.
Orders made in another person’s name without his/her consent will be reported to appropriate authorities. Bodybees holds the right to change prices, correct incorrect prices on all orders as well as final sales. If a price is incorrect, this may compel Bodybees to cancel the purchase and refund any amount paid in the best way. This can be performed at any time.
Once we have received your order we will send an electronic order confirmation to your e-mail address as a confirmation of your purchase. It is important that you enter the correct e-mail address when placing your order. We recommend saving this email in order to facilitate any contact with customer service you may have in the future. The order confirmation (receipt) also serves as proof of purchase.
Lost in transit
After an order has bene transferred to the carrier, the responsibility for the delivery no longer falls on Bodybees. In the event of a lost shipment, no actions will be taken until the investigation by the Carrier is concluded. Please note that shipments are insured and if such a shipment is deemed lost by the Carrier, it will be replaced.
If your product is damaged when delivered, you should (without delay and no later than 7 days after delivery) contact us as well as the Delivery Company. You will need to inform us what is damaged and also let us know the case number of the Delivery Company’s claim form. We will naturally send you a new product to replace the damaged one.
Ownership of rights
All intellectual property rights, such as trademarks and copyrights at bodybees.com remain with Bodybees and its subsidiaries or licensors. Any use of bodybees.com or its contents, including copying or storing such content in whole or part, other than for your own personal, non-commercial use, is prohibited without the permission of Bodybees.
